1. INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT (LITERATURE SEARCH)

Intellectual Output1;

This intellectual output was about development of cooperation methodologies and strategies among youth and IT businesses where we have created 78 pages of detailed research output by defining the most needed cooperation subjects, investigating their essentials, outlining the best cooperation methods (based on scientific research), creating innovative cooperation processes and methods.

The main subjects that this output covered included:

-Identifying qualification recognition frameworks for businesses to better recruit IT youth,

-Qualification recognition,

-Wage differentials (the range of salary scales)

-Gender biases (inclusion of gender balance)

-Upgrading working conditions by creation supportive environments in psychological aspects,

-Skills assessment for youth appropriately aligned with the real needs of IT businesses,

-Assistance for partner/spouse/children of youth in employment,

-Health coverage, insurance, accommodation and related issues,

-Better described jobs (the language used in employment advertisements)

-Access for youth to business facilities/resources/materials,

-Policy solutions,

-Promotion prospects and more

Innovative aspects: This output focused on the subjects from both perspectives as youth and IT business sides, which is innovative in a sense that we have investigated and outlined the subjects in this scope. Also, the above listed subjects are usually studied in seperate manner, in this output, we analysed all of them together with a specific scope of developing cooperation methods among youth and IT businesses. In addition, the information we have provided in this output proved that some of the methods and strategies we listed can be innovative and can contribute on the development of such areas in an innovative way.

Impact: The methods, strategies and specific information provided in this output can be impactful for youth and IT businesses to increase their employability (for youth) and recruitment (for IT businesses) skills because we directly offered\outlined such strategies that can be used\implemented by both sides (youth and IT businesses). Specifically, this output could be effective if young IT career seekers use the strategies we outlined where we have described the facts, numbers, what IT businesses request, what youth can do to get better emloyed and more. Therefore, in the case of proper usage of these strategies, the impact would be high and effective.

Transferability: Since we have created this output as a written text with a clear and easy language format, it can be easily transferred to a wide range of people and organisations via emails and they can download the PDF files from our project’s webpage. Also, to increase its transferability, we have listed each method by including its underpinnings, essentials, examples, practical samples so that the users can benefit from this output at higher level.

There was no difference between what we planned and implemented, all of the plans were completed by all the partners where they have produced the tasks in the required formats, at the level of quality standarts and enough lenght.
